From Newton Abbot, follow the road along the river towards Teignmouth. Pass the Shaldon Bridge on your right. As you come into Teignmouth, watch for the new Tesco filling station on your left. Reed Vale is the second on the left after Tesco – it is quite a sharp turn by a pink cottage.
From Exeter, follow the B3192 into Teignmouth and down past the Community College on your left. Look for the footbridge over the road, just past the College. Immediately after the footbridge, turn right on Landscore Road. Follow this wiggly road until you have to stop at a junction. Look up and you will see Westlands on the opposite corner.
From Dawlish, as you get to the Teignmouth town sign turn right on New Road. Follow New Road to the end and turn left on Exeter Road. Drive down past the Community College on your left. Look for the footbridge over the road, just past the College. Immediately after the footbridge, turn right on Landscore Road. Follow this wiggly road until you have to stop at a junction. Look up and you will see Westlands on the opposite corner.
